FTK is force TK. That is when you block the runway, a vehicle, or something of that nature forcing another player to TK you. I did not witness this, so I do not know what you did, but another admin kicked you for it. When you rejoin in the same round you disconnect, whether by your choice, admin choice, crash, whatever, you will be unable to join a squad until you spawn into the game. Once you spawn in, and are alive, you can join any unlocked squad that has an open slot, or create your own.
When the admin saw you on the server, playing the game, acquiring points, and yet not in a squad you were kicked. The player that TKed you is not an admin, and two separate admins kicked you each time, so this is not some act of spite. The admin has no way of knowing why you are not in a squad, so they kick to get your attention.

Re: kicking for not squadding up
ok so now vehicles have no steering wheel and as i ran to jum p in he ran me over so how is that a ftk i mean it sure sounds like a accidental tk when u look at it as well the server displays when someone is kicked by an admin the other admin didnt see me log right back on and knew i wasnt squaded so how with 15 sec of logging back on the second time which was how long it took for me to be kicked so how is it acceptable to kick me within 15 sec of logging back on. if thats not a admin abuse then im lost

If you feel you were abused, and you feel starting an abuse case will help you out, then by all means go right ahead and start one. I am simply explaining to you why you were kicked both times, and why you were unable to join a squad when you tried after rejoining. My personal advice would be to chalk it up as a learning experience and move on now that you know what happened. If you want to choose the admin abuse route I wish you luck.

Re: kicking for not squadding up
Taco, I'm not an admin, nor do I wish to seem like I'm "piling on", as it were, but one thing I will advise you:
Becareful how you handle this situation in the forums, as well as how you conduct yourself on the servers. I see that you have an application thread for a resident clan here. All resident clans take matters like this very seriously, and I'd hate to see you disqualify yourself from entry into one of these great groups over a misunderstanding in the forums or over what might be seen as unfit conduct on the servers.
Read back over the CoC of the clan you're trying to join and make sure you're following them to the letter.
That's just my bit of friendly advice. See you on the battlefield
