SoCaL Earthquake (Chino Hills 5.6)

Well it just went down. I was taking a leak and sprayed all over the place! LOL Nothing too bad here in Orange County, knocked some stuff off of the shelfs but so far so good.

Everyone in SoCaL sound off. Lets hope that was the biggest part and not just a for-schock.....

I live in Texas. Didn't feel it lol. You could feel it in Vegas for a couple seconds I just read. Hope everyone is ok.

im around 20 miles from where it went down, wasnt big enough to a lot of damage, most likely we'll be ok. ATM phone service is down, but thats about the worst of it that I have heard/know of

Good to know. I guess it definitely put some excitement in some people's day. How many earthquakes have you been through? Someday SoCal will be an island. Then we'll have Arizona Bay. Good ole Bill Hicks.

Born and raised here, so every quake since 85. northridge was way worse

I am about 30 east of it and we felt it rolling. I am at work and of course we are up in the air in scissor lifts and genie single mans, we felt it really well up there.

There have been 10 after shocks so far...and they still keep coming. There have been no reports of damage outside of phone lines so far. A lot of rolling, didn't really shake a lot.

I have been here for 2 years...so this was my first one out here, went through one as a kid in OH...

It was neat, the first thing that went through my mind was...THIS IS IT!!! THE BIG ONE BABY and I ran outside...Stupid professors scaring the crap out of me. Honestly, for the past 15 years people have said that because of the San Andres fault we're going to have a massive 8.0 earthquake and possibly huge tsunami's. Heres hoping that doesn't come true.

But yeah, this one was a like an earth fart...it rattled then rolled LOL

I live in Clovis nm........And when I woke this morning it was to a terrible rumbling. I was scared and cryed. Then I realised it was a meaty bum burp.....with a cheesy overture.

I'm all the way down by the border and felt a little shake.

Was taking a shower and the next thing I know, I heard shit from my desk falling off. A few people felt it down here though.
