That sounds good. Lets get some quotes..also found out that one of my coworker's wife is a professional meeting and event coordinater...gonna see if i can get some free advice/locations/hotel information from her.

I told Lady, but if it's a Hilton family hotel (Hampton in, Roundtree, all kinds of them), I might be able to get us one of the extra rooms. I think I've enough points for at least one night. That should cut down on the shared cost. But yeah, headcount and approximate dates before I sign on to that part of the deal.

Best night will probably be meet at hotel and hang out, meet everybody, then to dinner/games somewhere, then back to hotel for further partyage. That is kind of the best of both worlds, if you ask me.

We'll also need to know who's driving and willing to give rides (and how many you're willing to let ride/fit), etc. I mean AT the event. That way those that flew or others can carpool to the places and such.

im down for whatever really, just to get out of work. If I drive, which I most likely will, I am willing to pick up anybody from south florida to wherever we have it. Ill probly take I-95 all the way up

Any suggestions on times you would like to have it? Early-ish next year, but I mean dates you would like to see it. It needs to be before the summer meetup since most people will likely attend that.
