Team refuses to listen to reason.
Goldrush, second part last point.
The enemy has has 4 sentries set up around the corner. I keep saying uber the pyro, but all i get is STFU. Instead we get failed attempts to uber a demo and take it out and we lose.
Earlier in the round we have a medic whop actually listens(props to BBhos). He ubers me. I took out 3 sentires, all of them were on the one side. The other was across the way.
That was garbage. A pyro could have easily handled that since they were all together, but no one was willing(except BBhos) to listen to reason.
Props to BBhos though.

Re: Team refuses to listen to reason.
Sometimes people would rather not be helpful to their team at all/not listen to what could be done to win... rather than winning.
These people are sad and admins need to be notified so they get kicked/banned.

Re: Team refuses to listen to reason.
i dont think i was there for this so dont think I am defending what I did (i wasnt there i couldntve done it)
but most of the times if you have 4 sentrys in 1 corner a half decent demoman can take them all out. dont even really need an uber, jumping in and out of the corner real fast throwing stickys NEAR the sentrys, get 5-6 down and you can do some major damage.
now I have tried taking out sentrys with an uber pyro push and unless the situation is just right, it does not generally work. if the engis are positioned with
SENTRY--ENGI--DISPENSER
and the engi can reach both without moving then it is pretty hard to take that sentry out as a pyro, and a demoman would be the best bet to get it taken care of.

As far as your escapades went with BBhos where you killed all 3 SGs. Well then the guns either moved, or were misreported to me and the team who thought that 3 SGs in one place meant they were next to eachother. There is no way you could have successfully approached 3 SGs as an ubered pyro... no way.
:4 ball's in your court.
I know this is late, but rarely visit this forum and only recently saw this.

Re: Team refuses to listen to reason.
Gonna call Bs on that one silent. If hte medic rushes out in front of the pyro its 100 times easier for the pyro to reach it. And If i recall the situation correctly there were 3 sentries to the left and one to the right on the point which means the one on the right would actually be pushing him TOWARDS the other 3 sentries. So if the medic was there in front getting hit by the 3 to the left, the pyro would be getting propelled forward from the one on the right (provided you went up the center of the tracks).
Its entirely possible given that situation for cecil to take out 3 sentries...i've seen it done on more than one occasion.
