Finally I found something that y'all will be shocked.The U.N did not want war but the USA and U.K wanted.The U.N only supplied the food for the refuges no duh.The USA and U.K might feel lonely when there they only one going to war with Iraq.This from a book that I looked at.I might be a little bit wrong or the book is wrong.

The people they're telling they can't have such capability are the types of govornments who've no compunctions against strapping a bomb to their wife and putting her on a bus. Or stealing a plane and crashing it into a sky scraper... and the govornments who support such people.
...and normally we as a planet are ok with them, so long as their killing their own people.. saves us the trouble. But they crossed the line and came across the lake... and that was their mistake.

personally, I say fuck the U.N.
If we want a high government, we'll vote to support putting a world-wide government in place....the UN is basically like the Articles of Confederation as far as powers go...
It IS nice to have somewhere for the world's countries to DISCUSS big issues...but the U.N. should not have ANY authority to tell others what to do.
