09-16-08, 10:58 PM #1TTP Podcast!
I have talked to bigdog about this and he wants to know the community's stand.
I thought we should put together a podcast for ttp. we can get a couple people to represent each game that ttp covers, we can talk about recent events, or fun times had in the games, matches, patch notes, new games, and discussions of popular ttp threads. i think it can help grow the community
if you are unfamiliar with podcasting check a few of these out:

http://www.ign.com/index/podcasts.html
bigdog and myself would like to have ideas or opinions about this issue. who would be willing to contribute, would anybody listen to it? would it have legs and community support?
a great many of podcasts can be done with voip and a good mic. so let me know what you guys think

contribution would not mean time from all of you, mainly ideas, and support, as well as guesting on the podcast.
there will only be a few who have the weekly work load regiment. a core group. mainly this was to see if the community would back the idea and would see if there were any creative ideas that could be thrown out to spark the process. this is all hypothetical the moment and im just trying to get a feel on the idea. its great to see people willing to put time into it though

I see it as basically an audio article, which is a good thing. I think as such it should be run in similar fashion. Editors, or maybe program directors, that review ideas and submissions. Then anyone that has a decent topic can record a feature and submit it for review. If it is good enough it gets "published".
