Dunno what I'd do with 3 million nickels, but I know what I'd do with about a million tubes of super glue right now.

mow the grass short with a bagger, run a metal detector over the grass clipping bags, then run a metal detector over the grass on the side of the road - easy enough.

Whenever I've mowed, small rocks and such tend to go from harmless detritus to potentially harmful shrapnel when subject to the blades, generally getting spit out the back of the machine, where your feet are. Multiply by 3 million.
