Really a sad freak accident. I hope they both can make full recoveries. I wish all the best for the families of the ones who died. I'm also really glad Perry Farrell wasn't on the plane as well.

This is the most recent news:

AM is "really, really badly burned," according to the source, who confirms that "his face is very burned." The source adds, "More than 50 percent of his body is burned and the worst is on his face."

The friend also said that Barker was burned "mostly from the waist down."

Both men are in critical but stable condition at the Joseph Still Burn Center in Augusta, Ga. E! News was told by the source that, as of this morning, DJ AM was being "kept in an incubator" as part of his treatment in order to maintain a sterile environment and prevent infections.

This is horrible news, respect goes out to everyone invloved and to those who were lost.

Being a drummer, I'm a fairly large fun of Barker's style, and I love what him and AM are doing. I hope they are recovering.

Was on stickam last night and heard rumors of possible amputation for Barker, not sure if that is confirmed or not, but a sad thought.

Burns that bad aren't a joke. Hopefully he'll be able to survive long enough to recover. Gonna need some cosmetic surgery if he does.

As for Barker... Blink 182 sucked.
