for snipers....wood stock or maybe a SIMPLE synthetic...no harness...

    for rifles, 3 point harness...

for SMG's, yeah, a 3 point, MAYBE a 5 point....with smaller guns, I like to be able to drop it, and it goes to my side, but it's easy to bring back up into firing position.

alot of groups use adjustable stocks...but they're a PAIN IN THE ASS to adjust...often times needing tools and such...but when they're adjusted, they're SOLID.

    Re: sweet ass stock

I get 3 inch groups at 300 yards with my old Mosin in a wood stock, so nobody 'needs' that, it just looks 'tacticool'.

That monopod on the rear would only be useful if you have a bipod on the front, so basically that stock is just for ranges with a table and not for combat usage I would have to say. The adjustments are nice, but I have found that the more things can move, the more they will move.
