    ...it's allergy season

    Anyone else think that this season is a little bit worse than normal?

    I've been sneezing NON-STOP these past couple weeks, but more-so in the last few days.

    What over-the-counter allergy meds do you guys take?

    I go with either 24-hour claritin disolvable tablets or 8-hour chlorotrimeton, but the chlorotrimeton makes me sleepy.

    Still...neither of them have really helped all that much this season....

    Fuckin' hell I hate my allergies. I swear I'm allergic to the Midwest itself. I tend to have two choices:
    1) Take the weapons-grade allergy medication (Singulair) I was prescribed by my doctor, and be exhausted from the side effects they give me.
    2) Skip the medication so that I'm awake and functioning, but sneezing my head off and blowing through (har har) a box of tissues a day.

    As much as I hate cold weather, I can't wait for everything out there to freeze and fucking DIE.

    I, myself am allergic to Dust Mites (My allergy season never ends). I eat the 24 hour claratin like Candy. If you take one a day every day it seems like it takes them a day or two to actually kick in your allergy relief.

    yeah I have year round allergies. I usually take Allegra.

    Zyrtec may help for you. Its over the counter now. It worked for me for about 2 years when I was on it

    I have bad ceder allergies but luckily I only get hit with them after christmas. Unluckily thats when I go to a bunch of weekend retreats and whats the only tree for miles? Ceder! Iv tried taking some meds but they dont do much or atleast its not very noticable....
