My company is having a 'chili contest' tomorrow, so I made my entry today and tried some. I used 10 ghost chili peppers for about a quart of chili.

It's really good, I just have to remember to inform people that it has a little spice to it in case they are sensitive to spiciness...

Always do four batches: one for people who aren't into Spicy stuff, one for people who are, one for yourself at home, and one to send to me as tax for suggesting this. It's a fair and balanced proposition like Fox News.

'Twas a hit for those that enjoy spicy chili, but I still didn't win. Those that liked it wished it was even spicier.

Therefore, I think I am gonna order some pure capsaicin crystals in order to experiment with to improve my spicy food. Ghost Chili just doesn't cut it anymore.
