So, I picked up some Pork Snouts on accident (I meant to pick up Pig Ears, but they were mislabeled and I didn't check before I bought...):
I tried using them kinda like bacon, or pork hocks. Made braised red cabbage with 'em:
Since it is pumpkin season, I also made a pumpkin amaretto frozen yogurt with cocoa nibs:

A little something for the bar, you could make it your signature drink.

My company is having a 'chili contest' tomorrow, so I made my entry today and tried some. I used 10 ghost chili peppers for about a quart of chili.
It's really good, I just have to remember to inform people that it has a little spice to it in case they are sensitive to spiciness...

'Twas a hit for those that enjoy spicy chili, but I still didn't win. Those that liked it wished it was even spicier.
Therefore, I think I am gonna order some pure capsaicin crystals in order to experiment with to improve my spicy food. Ghost Chili just doesn't cut it anymore.
