This just in.........10/14
I know it's from huffington post, but this just came out, and no other news sites have anything as of yet.
What are your thoughts?

Re: This just in.........10/14
That's fine. But this is someone on McCain's transition team. This means he will have a rather important post in a McCain administration. This is like the umpteenth lobbyist-type character with a very high stake in the McCain campaign that has had to exit stage left(or right).
Whereas Wright, never had in any official capacity, anything to do with the Obama campaign, and as far as I know, had no leadership position in a Obama administration. And besides, what actually had more of an impact on American policies, Wright (a former Marine VietNam vet x2) saying "God Damn America", or this lobbyist who had a part in and profited from speaking for Iraq/Saddam Hussein's interests.(Illegally, I might add)

I'm not familiar with this dude's job by a long shot, but it sounds like he's a high-level wage slave mostly concerned with managing Saddam's lobbyists. Managing lobbyists for the Red Cross and managing lobbyists for Saddam isn't really all that different from a moral or political point, so I wouldn't be to quick to crucify this guy. In addition, he and the lobbyists he worked with were mainly concerned with a $45 million oil deal. Last I checked, buying oil doesn't make you a bad guy.

There are very few skilled negotiators in the world. They are basically hired guns. I'm an Obama supporter and will not hold this against McCain. Either one might need this guy's services and connections once again. If I were president I would shop around for a replacement though to keep the thinking fresh.
