I might be just making myself sick.
I haven't watched or listened to any news all morning long after I voted. But I went to Foxnews.com and started reading some articles and now I feel sick.
I just have a bad feeling if either one of the canidates win. There will be some serious backlash from the extremists of both sides.

Yup, I'm seeing some stuff on their Election HQ which I'm watching right now.
Also have you heard some of the stupid shit thats been going down? Someone locking polling station doors in one county, and a SUPERVISOR locking the doors in another cause he wanted to "finish paperwork before opening the doors," thus causing voting in that area to be delayed by an hour or two and people actually going home and deciding not to vote.

Re: Getting worried
yup.
it's bad even though no one has even won yet...my sister and friends had to press charges this morning against some dude in Cleveland because he and a gang of his "thugs" cornered them and stated, " You are voting for Obama, right? You know you owe it to the black folk?" Thankfully, the dumbasses didn't think to look across the street and the TWO cops getting ready to man the Polling station who witnessed the whole thing.

Re: Getting worried
We are as divided as we've ever been (politically speaking) - the last Quipiniac University poll I saw was 47% Obama 45% McCain with a 3 or 4% margin of error. That's a statistical tie which means that regardless of the outcome, half the country will be one form of disappointed or another.
Both of these candidates claim to be uniters and bi-partisans but why is it that the poll numbers don't support it?
When will we (ever?) see a truly transcendent candidate that everybody can get behind? Is that where the Libertarians come in or do they not have any appeal to a liberally minded citizen?
Liberals/Democrats - what do you think of Libertarian politics and policies?

Left wingers hate Libertarians because small government is the mail goal of the Libertarian party and that is the exact opposite of the goals of left wingers. The main tenet of the Libertarianism is that we have 10 amendments, not 9. Enforcement of the 10th amendment would solve about 90% of our countries problems.
Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.

How many registered republicans do you think are voting for Obama?
How many registered democrats do you think are voting for McCain?
To me, in my ignorance, it seems like it's pretty cut and dried along party lines.
They are having a competition to see who can drum up the most excitement over their respective campaigns within their respective voting blocs.
