I think the overarching point he was trying to make was that if it was so blatantly obvious that Bush lied/fucked up then Obama would win with ~75+% of the vote. By him winning by a small margin, or if he had lost, that disproves your theory that everyone knows that Bush was a total screw up. I could be wrong, but I don't think the important fact in his statement is that McCain will win, but that not everyone agrees that it is obvious that Bush was a failure.

So when Hawg says see, BD was wrong, McCain lost, BD says who gives a crap, that was not my point.

Civil, the problem is bigdog's ego. He insists that his view is the only one that counts or it's FUCK YOU x infinity. That's why Hawg posted this. We all have our viewpoints but the difference with the vast majority is that they don't call you sheep, pathetic, loser, fuckhead if you refuse to see it their way. I may argue with you but in the end I do accept the fact you have the right to vote for someone like McCain. There exists that possibility, with bigdog it doesn't.

I don't think anything is "blatantly obvious" in politics... or we wouldn't be having discussions like this one, or the one that pops up again every week about capitalism vs socialism (neither of which we will ever have).
