IL here....i KNOW if we had a Midwest Meetup we would easily outdo any other texas meetup. Between IL/IN/KY/TN i can easily name 25+ people just from people i talk to regularly.

Anyways, back on topic... can we get a poll set up and start to make this thing official?

I recommend anywhere from about June 2 - Aug. 30 cause typically that is when school is out for us college students. Also, I think it's fairly obvious this would have to be a weekend.

It's a new facility and it is very well priced at an average of $79/night. Most others I saw were around $100/night. A rough estimate, but it is under a mile from Dave and Busters and it has resturants in the nearby area.
