    Something like that happened to me when I was a cook at Big Boys. We were scraping grease off the ceiling that's how bad the deep fryer exploded.

    The salad bar girl poured a pot of hot water in it to make it warm up faster. :P

    Iv never actualy had a fried turkey... I saw big containers of peanut oil at H-E-B last time I was there but fried turkey just dosnt seem to appealing... I have however had a turduken. Now that is good eats.
