Snowing in New Orleans

Holy cheese and crackers batman! I know I may be a bit lame, but we see snow down here every 20 odd years or so. It's really coming down out here.

Same here in Houston. Last night we got 3-4" inches, set records across the board. Last time it snowed this early was Dec. 10th 1944, and that was just trace amounts, the old timers must have thought Hell was freezing over.

I for one have seen enough snow for a lifetime......thats why I moved to Fla in 85 ! LOL But in 86 we had snow at Epcot in Disney and lost all the orange trees in the area. It never stuck to the ground but it was snowing

10:00am getting some melt, but plenty still on the ground here east of the Beltway.

I guess it went under us in North Louisiana. Darn. A snow day would have been sweet.

In AZ it's like 70 degrees in the afternoon.

I gotta make a trip up to our cabin in pine country to get my fix of snow here soon...

Well, the snow is melting. Temps are back into the lower 40's.

Get this; At the end of this weekend, temperatures for my city will be well into the mid 70's

Only in Louisiana can it snow on a Thursday, then jack up to 70 2-3 days later.
