Re: Blowing $200 woot!
Live and you learn. Everyone should go to a casino at least once to get the xp points......
I went to one of the casino's in Louisiana and felt the roulete table is the only sure way to somewhat win.
See there are three rows you can bet on at the end of these rows. You play 10 bucks on two out of the three spots and your chances are great.
Thing is you win on that row (it can only be one out of the three) and you laid down $10 on that one spot you get $30 back.
I am sure you are getting the point lay down $20 win $30 with 2:1 odds.
I won 350 bucks fast then walked away. The bastard employee was egging me on to stay talkng about luck blah blahblah.
KEY IS WALK AWAY.

Re: Blowing $200 woot!
I can normally play black jack for 5 or 6 hours on $200. I never plan on leaving with any money. I just try to decide how much I am going to spend on free drinks and entertainment for the evening. I guess I would walk away if I got $1,500 ahead but otherwise I play until I get drunk enough to lose everything I brought

Re: Blowing $200 woot!
I played roulette on our honeymoon cruise. Started w/ $600. Went up to 1500, back down to 0 all within 40 minutes.
I thought, maybe, just maybe, I can keep going until I get my inital $600 back. The seed of illness had been planted.
My new wife said nope. Walk away.
Never gambled again.

Re: Blowing $200 woot!
I played limit hold 'em in a casino...but that isnt really gambling, poker is a skill game for the most part.
I played off and on for 4 days (evenings) and finished up...it was a good time.
My wife pwned some roulette. She played with $25 on the table at any one time and any time she doubled her money, she put it in her purse...if she lost, she walked away...she ended up a lot.....sick.
