I once told myself I was going to go to bed an hour early and then by the time I was getting to bed I would have only 2 hours sleep as opposed to the 9 I would have had if I went to bed when I wanted.

How about when you DO go to bed early. then you just lay there staring at the ceiling waiting to fall asleep for pretty much the whole time you generally stay awake.

ugh i hate that, no matter what i get in this trap of i can lay down any time but still not fall asleep until past 4am

I try so hard to get to bed by 10, but EVERY FUCKING NIGHT THIS YEAR I STAYED UP TILL PAST 12! GOD DAMN IT ALL I HATE SCHOOL!

I, bust331, went to sleep at 9 PM EST last night.

I am quite pleased with myself.

I usually just stay up until i start getting tired. Some nites Ill get to bed around midnite, and others 3am. No reason to try to force myself to sleep when I know Im just going to be laying there doing nothing.

I never go to bed early. Now I will come home and crash on the couch for three or four hours. Then I'm good all night.
