People who lie about military service
like this guy....who...took his gun "over there"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iU0x5TDY1k
not only does he not have a clue about what he's talking about (his "sunshade" is made of cardboard) but he claims to have been in service in Iraq, or "over there" as he put it.
discuss as I clean the sprinkles off of my keyboard from my breakfast

Re: People who lie about military service
To bad I'm at work the filter here is blocking the link. These kinds of things is something I always have a good time reading/listening to.
Claiming some aspects of military service fraudulantly is a criminal offense. As an example there was a guy who claimed to be an x Marine with a few decorations earned during a deployment. Since he claimed this on application to finance a car purchase he was prosicuted. Another guy was actually a soldier but claimed to be a Ranger with a Distinguished Service Cross on an eployment application for a government position he was really a supply clerk who had never left the continental US during his service. The story went that the judge made him memorize the names of every Ranger who had ever earned the decoration and was given 6 months (in prison so he would not have any distractions) to recite the names by heart in court. The end of that story is a word of mouth thing never saw an article about it though. On the other hand unless he is currently in the military civilian law can not touch him unless he lies about it on somekind of binding document. There have also been multiple high ranking officers and senior enlisted that have added some choice awards to there service record, it is often funny when they get caught. This machine kills fascists
