I would've saw Metallica back in the 90's, but their newer stuff is kinda....I don't know, just not as awesome.

Now Tool.........oh my god, I want to see them at least once before I die.

Metallica hasn't put out a good album since the Black album. Sure... Load and Reload had a couple good songs... they crossed genres a bit. S&M was pretty sweet. But their last 2 albums have been absolute garbage. Whoever mixed them should be shot.

I have seen Metallica 3 times in my life, and I can say that I can go without seeing them again.

Love the new album.....but Heavy is right....whoever mixed it needs a good flogging...or worse yet,should be forced to listen to his shit work on a decent system. Great music,but horrible audio quality.

And the Black album sucked too. Until this recent one (Death Magnetic),the last good Metallica album was Justice....after that,they sold out and became "radio rock". I dub them unforgiven.

Have fun at the show,Ninja! They are awesome live. I've seen them six or seven times and not a bad one yet......

Alright so I had to make a decision and needless to say it was an easy one for me. Im not gonna go to Metallica, BUT using the money I would have spent on that ticket I am going to: Lamb of God with GWAR and Job for A Cowboy, and MEGADETH!!!!! Both shows in Fargo, and Ive never seen Megadeth before so it was an easy decision for me to make.

I saw the same tour..that was BAD ASS...The next night Megadeth played and rumor had it, they were all holed up in the same hotel...hmmm..bet some shit went down those few nights.

So I definitly LOVE metallica and LOVE the new album even tho the mixing could use work, However this is an upcomming tour correct? I was just looking it up and it appears it is i just wanna be sure. Cause the only chance id be able to see them is in NY which is a 3 hour drive but idc Theyre playing 2 nights in NY i wonder if its the same show or different? any ideas?
