Well, Rock, like I've said, numerous times, in numerous ways, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make the stupid motherfucker drink. Funny how most of the people who are dead set against any wars, anywhere, have never spent a single day in the military and have not seen how some of these people (North Korea, for example) see/do things, first hand.

They fail to understand that not everyone in this world uses reason, nor even cares what 'reasonable' people do to avoid war. Then we get caught off guard because we spent so much time trying to do the, 'right', thing, only to have them surprise attack someone and then everyone cries, 'Why didn't our military protect us?!? Why didn't our government do something?!?'

It's a funny thing I learned in my years in the military and law enforcement. Nobody wants the military, or good cops around when the going is good. But watch out! When the going gets bad, then it's all about, 'Where were you?? Why didn't you do something??'

Just for the record, I am not, nor was I ever in the military. Not that I have anything against the military, I just had a different career path that presented itself to me. However, I'm not one of those douches that would move to Canada if the draft came into affect...one of my friends said he would....talk about pissed me off.

Well, unfortunately, because I want it sooooo much, all the things that I think need to be done, will probably be done the day after I die....hmmm....maybe I should commit hari kari to get the ball rolling.....?
