YouTube: Naturally 7 - Wall of Sound

here you go DJ, figured you'd appreciate this. The song itself doesn't do anything for me, but what these guys are pulling off 'acapella' is pretty amazing.

A video of "Vocal Play" group Naturally 7 creating their "Wall of Sound" with vocal play. Everything you hear is the human voice! No instruments are used. A loop pedal is used to loop some sounds like hand claps.

Cool stuff. I highly doubt that all of this is coming from their voices though... The guitar and keyboard guy sounds more like a sampler to me.

Nah, I've seen a group called the Swingle Singers before at Interlochen before. All of those sounds can be done naturally. For further proof, watch Spaceballs!

+1 yeah, it's all natural...

now, they do use a loop pedal at points, but they're only looping their own sounds....they do it to get MORE than 7 sounds at once...
