He went off the deep end. Threats, accusations, racial nonsense. He too it way past the general level of Bacon disfunctionality and earned himself a site ban.

He had his benefits, but he got more and more deranged and more and more argumentative. It was like he felt it was his duty to question and nit pick ever tiny little rule or decision and he often skirted the line between useful discussion and challenging of the system and outright and blatant disrespect for many folks, especially some of the highs.

We understood what he was for the most part and let him go on challenging us, because it did make us better and make us look more closely at why we were doing things.
Often times he was over the line, but we let it go because most of his disrespect and outright challenges were directed as the High community and, well, we can take it.

But he kept pushing and one night went off with racist nonsense, physically threatened some folks and pretty much jump so far past the line that he gave us no choice.

I like bacon a great deal, but he crossed a line. I don't know if he has issues in his life that make him unhappy and so he lashes out, or if he'd get himself overly worked up trying to make a point.. either way, we went too far

It was surreal but not unexpected unfortunately. He's a good guy at heart just with a bit too much pride for his own good sometimes, and those times were always the wrong times.

He was my favorite person to debate with but when I heard about this I lost most of my respect for him.

'round about that time I changed sits and quotes...This happened a couple months ago. Sucks but he did it to himself.

Pride is greatest before the fall.
