For it to have happened, she would have had to have referred to race in some way. Show me where she did that, please. It's the only way to validate your point.

I watch Colbert and Stewart nightly (they are the only TV news sources I trust!); personally I find Colbert to be quite left, except in the fiscal areas. I think he might lean towards libertarian...it is hard to tell because his comedy persona pretends to be a hardline right winger. A lot of his discussion when it comes to the discussion of the market and business leans right, but for the most part he is right on cue with my position...and I think most of you know where I stand on the right/left spectrum.

I personally think he's a closet Leftie. He's just acts like he's Right and that's the joke. Just my opinion.

I do not think any of the jokes were in bad taste personally. Though I am glad the white house has lightened up I'd prefer to see some more of this "change" and "hope" he promised during his campaign. So far I've seen nothing but dire news that is killing that hope and the change we are seeing is only the bottom of our pockets is filled with change rather than paper.

TBH I don't watch ANY of them, right or left, because they are more about the spin than they are the actual news. Reporting news does not get ratings, sell advertising, or keep you in your job. Being enough of a dill hole that people are polarized about you does.

when was the Daily Show or Colbert Report ever about the actual news? Its not like Stewart or Colbert are reporters for CNN, they are comedians on Comedy Central. I personally like the Daily Show and know its all comedy and not meant to be serious reporting.
