So let me ask you Soy, based on what you know at this point, does this change your view of her?
Is she now the same as the others in the Bush administration who allowed it to happen? At least on this subject (waterboarding).

It isn't to zing at all, we both know I wont come out on top when trying to play gotcha with Soy.

Not hard to see through though.

Have either of those guys done any reports on Nancy Pelosi's knowledge of waterboarding(So b/c she knew about, you now consider it wrong) early on? What about our homeland security secretary highjackers entering through Canada(Elaborate please)? Publishing warnings about right wing terrorists while advocating the term 'man-made disasters' instead of terrorism(Again, elaborate please)?

Curious what their agenda is these days, are they picking on the establishment? Or are they still orbiting around Bush like you??

Maybe I'll have some time to find out myself now that the Caps are out. :3
How are any of these comedy material for the left as you claim? Hawg is right, the right wing is so wacked out that it's easy to make fun of their ludicrous positions. But you insist that it runs both ways and can't come with even 10% of the crazy shit from the left that was committed during Bush's terms. Stewart may be putting a comedic spin on legit news stories but he's right about what he says. If you don't believe me, I can post numerous vids proving my point and you can attempt to explain them away. That ought to be fun.

    What the heck, here's one...

Now this is not about politics but a legit story about the financial industry being disingenuous and 'legit' news organizations being cuplable in their actions. Just b/c he shoots for laughs doesn't make him wrong as you assert.

Like I said, after recovering from last night's pants down paddle spanking at the hands of the Penguins, I have more free time on my hands and may tune in to see for myself whether or not parity is present on the daily show.

Agreed. Lehrer is excellent. I forgot to say he was my favorite actual TV news source, because...well I don't watch TV for news. While I like The Daily Show and The Colbert Report, I don't exactly watch them for news...even though I trust them more than the news networks.

But Lehrer is in a category all by himself... PBS is great stuff.

Meh, she backpeddles like any other politician...greased pigs. I never did particularly like Pelosi, but she is on "my side" typically as far as political concerns. That piece did affect my judgement of her slightly...but to see any politician say one thing, do another, and then try to wriggle out of it is expected. I would expect any of them to do so regardless of party. I certainly can respect any who would actually call themselves out on something or own up to their shenanagens...but how often does that happen?

Try reading my responses......you will answer your own question. I repeatedly wonder outloud whether or not there is parity in the content of the show. I wasn't wondering whether or not the mentioned stories would be funny to the left.

Again, try reading the posts. What I said is that he /they are convienient clowns pushing a democratic agenda masked in humor. His selective nature of who he applies his very sharp wit to is what I am talking about.

Never happens and then they play this 'side' crap on us to keep us arguing amongst ourselves...
