Black Panthers getting a free pass?
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/elec...dropped-obama/
So the case was already won by the prosecution, and it got overturned by the justice department? How did the case wind up there, instead of going through the appeals process and moving up the courts?

I cannot believe that a bigger stink is not being made about this by the media.
They went into a feeding frenzy when Bush (legally, but wrongly) fired some U.S. Attorneys.
This should be a huge deal, and it is just not
Yes, it is legal for President Jesus to pardon anyone, but is it the right thing to do?

Yes, what they did was intimidate some people.
Funny thing is, to do that, all they need to do is just stand there. Poll folk are naturally intimidated by African Americans and African Americans don't ever have to actively do anything to make people feel that way.

did you even see the video?
They were not just standing there. They were threatening people with nightsticks.
That is a bit more than standing there. But that to me is not what is outrageous.
The really bad part is that they were let off after they were convicted. Would KKK members threatening people at a polling place have been let off after a conviction? Because that would be just as bad.Sleep, eat, conquer, meditate, repeat.

Ok, NOOOOW that I watched the video...
Looks to me like they were just standing there. They had a problem with the cameras right, well if memory serves me correctly, cameras are not allowed at polling places right? I did watch both videos and they were standing there being talked to by folks with cameras. Same damn thing celebrities get. Yes, the other dude did have a stick of some sort, I'm not familiar with what a nightstick looks like. They mentioned they were there for security. Most likely security probably wasn't needed though the panthers have been known to "want" to be around in case there is a scene. Like I said earlier, black folks know that many white folks are intimidated by them and they may have simply just used that as their strategery, lol.
Also, the town could be a racist town and they may have wanted to be there to let the black folks know that it's okay to vote.

I will say that the media has done a decent job keeping the spotlight on the La Raza jurist for her racist & prejudiced comments.

Because methinks you haven't read the speech at all, and you are just (over)reacting to what you heard from Newt and the gang. I am sure that out of the thousands of cases heard, and hundreds opinions rendered , you should be able to drudge up some more "racist and prejudiced" tidbits, but yet all that is offered is a quote from a speech, that frankly isn't any bit "racist and prejudiced".
