This is pretty bad, guy said he was at the Pentagon on 9/11, served in the war. As a result he went on speaking tours. Turns out he was never a marine.

I'm wondering why nobody ever questioned him before. There is a lifestyle and jargon that most Marines know that is never really in any movies (Jarhead came close but not exactly) that he would undoubtedly not know anything about.

Fuckheads like this guy make all vets look bad and I hope he gets rung up on fraud.

He impersonated a vet, not an active duty member. If he was to walk around in a store bought uniform and try to gain access to a military installation then he would be in the fed prison for sure.
