gre up with dogs and woods....they have been sprayed more times than I will ever care to remember. Not sure if the mix amounts are right, but these are the right ingredients. and water it down...

do a test with the perodixde on the dog first...with golden retrievers it didn't do anything but on my chocolate lab it washed some color out of her.

A fifty fifty solution of water and vinegar ( that's why you hear about people using tomato juice) it may take more than one application depending on severity of contact g/l

Well, time for an update. We went ahead and tried the peroxide solution method. Considering the odor had most of the day to set into the poor dog, the solution took the stink right out. He's still got one small spot on the side of his neck that smells a bit, but its faint and almost not there, and considering he had it all over its a huge improvement. I'll try to get it out later.

He's got black fur and we didn't have any discoloration from the peroxide. Even if he did, bleached dog is better than burnt tire smelling dog. Thanks for the warning though Angel. I took your advice and tested it first before applying all over.
