Alright guys,
Now I'm watching FOX and they are showing shit abour IRAN. I watch CNN, they are showing Obama saying uhhh I'm president and I'm on tv.

1st- Obama is on CNN everyday for some stupid shit, don't try to tell me Bush, Clinton, or Daddy Bush was on TV EVERYDAY!!! He actually did do something in his office. Obama is "addressing the American people" more then he's working.

2nd- CNN is Democatic

3rd- FOX is Republican

4th- They both cover a little bit of each.

5th- CNN still tries to back up everything Obama says and just lie lie lie.

6th- FOX does everything in it's power to pick on Obama for everything.

7th- We know Obama is the first black president? WHO THE FUCK CARES!!! HE HAS A JOB TO DO!!! DO IT.

8th- Read 7th again, and again and again until you understand. No matter what color, race, sex, religion, anything...You have a job to do.

I'm not going to vote because to call one "right" and one "wrong" would be somewhat ignorant IMHO.

What I see is this...CNN's coverage is focused on how tragic the events of Iran are and how completely pitch-perfect Obama's response is. Fox's coverage is focused on how tragic the events of Iran are and how much better their panel(s) of experts think Obama could be handling the issue - mostly calling him "timid".

I agree with the idea that we don't want to give Iran's crazy leadership a reason to point at us as the problem, but I want to support the movement of Iran's people and thwarting the abusive regime in place...it feels like a catch 22.

I've always found a good news source to be the daily show/ colbert report.

A lot of you will say I'm an idiot but here's the thing, I just need to know the general idea of what happened, not all the specifics. these shows are full of all the comedy/ trash talking crap, but the news isn't unbiased either. So you get the news served in a pallatable format, and a good critical thinker can cut out the BS and at least know what happened.

course, I don't really watch TV anymore, so I suppose "Off the Servers" is my news channel.

NewsHour with Jim Lehrer is my favorite place to get news. Otherwise, if I have to choose between any of them, I usually tip towards NBC affiliates.

Both are really biased.

I watch ~10 mins of Fox news every weeknight because Seinfeld comes on after them.

For my news I listen to NPR on the radio every morning.

All news stations are biased. It just depends on what your bias is as well. I prefer to watch CNN, because I like their layout more. I also like the hosts more.

Every reporter in the nation is biased. NPR just seems to have enough different reporters that it seems like a good variety.

Point taken though.
