But it's like this. It's the transformers. Toys that became a cartoon that became a comic book that became a movie... And it's Michael Bay. If you go to a Michael Bay expecting anything other than a whole LOT of flash and not much substance... Well that's your problem right there!
For just being a big ol dumb action movie... I give it an 8. It is what it is. Go in expecting something deep and you will walk away disappointed.

Re: Transformers
Well, I haven't seen it yet, and people walking out of movies usually has more to do with a short attention span, and their age . I would agree though, it's meant to be a crazy action flick. I don't go to movies to get a meaningful, politically correct pile of garbage. I go for a roller coster. I want to go into an action movie to enjoy it. Nothing less. I don't care if there's bad comedy. Give me more transformers beating the hell out of each other. That's what these movies are about . I'll be hitting the movie theater this weekend, and watching it multiple times. I'll be sipping a giant 42oz soda, and eating a bag of twizzlers. If you're in my Theater, TURN OFF YOUR FUCKING PHONE!

Re: Transformers
The whole theatre broke out into applause when megan fox's opening scene came on with her bent over the motorcycle.
Very good movie, not as story driven as the first, but it was a 2 hour 40 minute epic.
