I am pretty decent shape for someone that never works out. Must be the Viking blood or something.
When I was in elementry school I was "husky"
When I was in highschool I was never "ripped" but I was very active (military school dose that to people)

I lost 30lbs of muscle when I left military school and got put on the poor college student diet.
Slowly but surely I am gaining the weight back but in the gut.

I'm not fat or look out of shape, just more like a retired semi-pro athleate.

6'0" @ 180 pounds. I do tree work all day everyday so there is no tolerance for fat. I'm not a 'beefcake' but a very tone mother fucker.
