Re: Man guilty of Homicide for praying
The atheists have an anti-defamation league now ?
LOL
I would like to see this guy's preacher be brought up on federal civil rights charges.
The preacher's action led to the direct and predictable result of a child perishing from a treatable illness.
I think using your religion to kill someone, through direct or indirect action, violates that person's civil rights.

Re: Man guilty of Homicide for praying
The man is definitely guilty of murder. If he believed in prayer so much, then why didn't he pray to God to provide for him and his family? Why didn't he pray to God so he didn't ever have to work? Why didn't he pray to God so he could get rich? What's so special about this particular case with his daughter. He didn't believe in God before and now all of a sudden he does and claims he prayed. I'd be willing to bet he never prayed and just completely neglected his daughter. Give him the death penalty.

Re: Man guilty of Homicide for praying
That is just disgusting, its one thing when a child dies from a terminal illness were there is nothing a parent can do. But no child should die from an easily treatable disease because their parents are total nut jobs.
sigh...."faith healing"....
