And just so you aren't so nervous... just think to yourself "it's only retail... I'm not interviewing for the ceo of <insert huge firm here> position." Stay calm. Answer their questions TRUTHFULLY... Don't tell them what you THINK they want to hear. Interviewers have heard it all. They can smell BS.
And have fun. You'll get a nifty discount on all Best Buy merchandise.

Best Buy interviews are pretty interesting.
This only applies to Geek Squad...but the floor questions should be similar.
Make sure you have examples of how you have helped people with technology. They're looking for people who both have personality and technical skills (in an ideal candidate anyways). Show that you have some kind of story about how you worked together to solve a tough technical problem.
Also one of their favorite questions is to ask you to explain some technology to your grandmother. For example, my manager asked me to explain what a bad sector in a harddrive is to my grandmother.
Be polite and confident, but be truthful and forth coming. If you don't have a good answer to a question, don't try to BS.
Hopefully this will give you some preparation for the interview. The questions are very focused on finding out how you interact with people and technology.

Interviewer: Have you ever been in a situation with someone angry at you and youve kept your cool?
