Too Fooking cold!

At we you don't live in Montana, my uncle says it -15. When its so cold that your nose hairs freeze and break off... its time to move.

I know we got some Canadians here laughing at us.

20's, 30's, not a big deal to me but when the temperature gets in the single digits this Texas boy gets a little cold. How do you like 105 degree weather Scuba??

I dont mind it, where I live has the biggest temperature differences between seasons, theres a 100 degree difference between the lowest recorded and highest recorded temps...o ya, we just got 7 cm of snow yesterday

100 hundred degrees is hot, but in Texas/Arizona/NM, its unrelenting. You may have it for what, a couple of days? Try all summer here (and summers are about 5 months long). Then on top of all that, throw in the humidity. It turns those 100 degree days into a sauna that'll melt the skin off your bones. And in Dallas, where I live, it's not half as bad as it is in Houston and San Antonio, where they get the gulf moisture.

I don't want to turn this into "my town vs. your town", but its all about what your used to. Even the cold down here is a wet cold. I was born, and lived a long time in Colorado, and a day in the "teens" feels warmer than the "wet cold" here around 30.

I'm not saying it ain't damned cold where you live, but down here, a hundred degree day is a cool front, which by comparison, makes 20 degrees COLD!

I'd grow hair on my balls if it weren't so damned hot most the year! :lol:

Wow Texans really dont know what cold is. Where I am, while mild at the moment, can pretty f***ing cold. 20's with wind chill makes about 0...... fun!!!!! Yes I know thats nothing compared to places like Montana, N Dakota and Canada.

Oh yeah its not also unheard of to see 100 degree days around here either

Going to feel like 8 degrees when I get to work in the morning. It will be 23, but 8 with the wind chill. Of course by Friday, we will be back in the 50's. Gotta love Texas weather. I've seen it 70 one day, snow the next, nothing new around here.

Well...while you guys are complaining about the weather here in texas, i'm just gonna go on a cruise! I'll be headed out tomorrow morning and be gone til monday....will post some pics when i get back!
