There is your difference. Or is that too simplistic? If you are looking for me to use different words then put in "players" after Consol, the words in the instance are still interchangeable.

So if you sit down with a guy, who happens to own at Tekken 5, Street Fighter 4, Halo 3 or let's say, any console game for that matter......now lets say he stomped your ass in every game you attempted to challenge him to...does that NOT make him a REAL gamer? Cuz he just REALLY beat your ass.....

I'll call him a gamer, but I won't put him on the same level as I would a guy who has beaten every game he owns 100% based purely on the fact that he enjoys the game and all it's glory(gameplay, story, characters ect.)
