My questions were in general to the Govt, not to this bill. Glad to understand that you would rather watch a country fall than sustain what it was built on.

You have yet to give example of how this country is going to "fall". I don't understand how you can think that the gov should not have some measure of control over the internet in case of an emergency.
True, the bill is vague about what an ermergency is and there is room for abuse but given how interconnected almost everything is, there have to be measures to control it.
We have various provisions for martial law and despite a steady creep on Comme Possitatus we are still a free country.
I think it's a needed tool although I have no faith in the craftsman currently in possesion of the tool.

I understand them wanting control over it entering their building but thats where it should end. Our government has given themselfs more and more power over the years to the point it is fucking ridiclous. This is not what the founding fathers were thinking of when we became a nation.

Vague being the key word. Where things are vague, people will interpret those things differently. I for one, dont want to leave "vagueness" in the hands of our Federal Government.

Well in three posts I asked basically the same question. And each time, you tried to turn it on me, that I somehow am "tearing down" this country.(which I might take personally).
