Should Cobain be a character in Guitar Hero?

Saw a article on the bbc about how Kurt Cobain (or a character in his image) is an unlockable character in the new Guitar Hero 5. Further some people have now been coming out (including Bon Jovi, Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl) against it.

So what are your thoughts on the issue?

Is it any creepier to play a game as Kurt than to play as John Lennon? There are dead musicians, the holders of their estates get to sell them out, what's the difference?

Personally, I don't believe Cobain's estate and Nirvana were handled fairly or justly, but is the uproar only over Kurt, or over playing dead musicians?

I dunno - I chuckled....but I really don't think he ought to be in there. His music is one thing, but to actually have the character in there might muddy the lines for some of the more impressionable (and or ignorant) out there. And, to be honest, they do not need any more help.
