I think the key thing you are overlooking here is that I never stated that she is definitely in puberty or that she is definitely sexually confused. I have been making the case that she may be in puberty and sexually confused. Look at the wording of my first post on the matter: "Also, it is very likely she may not be sure of her sexuality". It is possible for someone her age to be sexually confused and there is certainly biological evidence to back this.

That's why we have legal age requirements for pretty much everything. A 15 year old's brain isn't even fully developed yet.

Here is my problem with this statement. At what point in time do most of us start thinking someone makes a good decision.

At 18 they can do most things on that list. Many of us older than that know at 18 your still basically retarded (no offence to the younger crowd). The government says your of legal age to do these things. That in no way shape or form means your truely capable of making informed decisions.

At 21 it's the same scenario except now you can drink legally.

Throw almost any number you want at it age does not qualify someone to be able to make good decisions. We've all been there and we've all talked about the stupid shit we use to do and in some cases still do. Just because you can grow hair on your sack does not make you smart but at the same token it doesn't mean your stupid either.

My opinion is it should be case by case basis on what has happened.
