It's not the same cause you don't see it the same. Peopel are laughed at and rejected fro their sexual preference, but that's ok to laugh at? To say you're gay with the intent to mean your less of a man than I? It is the same. Yet we laugh at that everyday.

You guys really are too uptight. I cant tell you the number of times I have walked away from a death and laughed. "Bet he wont do that again." or "So thats what a hole in your head feels like." Not that I dont respect the dead but when you see it on a regular basis it isnt a big deal. It's a form of stress relief, keeping those emotions all balled up inside will get to you and fuck you up. So for those of us who see it all the time we end up with a morbid sense of humor. You think what kraker said was bad? You should hear my wife, she sees alot of trauma and death, make a joke laugh and move on to the next one you can actually save.
Am I respectful infront of the person, yes by all means. But back at home or the station let it out, same thing here, he wasnt talking to the family. Worse jokes were made on public broadcasts about MJ when he died. People die its part of life, one day my time will come, laugh it up, I wont be here to care.

So if it were anyone else saying it it would be ok? I don't feel the comment was as disrespectful as people are making it seem. He didn't say it with a attempt to degrade what happened.
