I posted this ^ about busting up unions at the same time that you were posting in the other thread accusing me of doing just that.

I am not a labor consultant. Not even close.

I evaluate the effectiveness of management and operations, and from time to time, the fairness of an organizations compensation plan compared to their relative labor market.

If Bob the sanitation worker's pay grade is 10% lower than the market, I recommend increases. Public sector unions that I encounter are usually in public safety...the FOP or the PBA or the IAFF. The function of unions in my clients organizations are so insignificant to my work that I dont even read the contracts or mention them in my reports. For whatever reason, I am interested in you actually understanding that.

Anyway - you dont really care about my job. You are just pushing buttons.

I agree, it's not very Manly for a leader to hold hands and walk and talk, but he is the King of Saudi Arabia and it had a way different meaning than being sissified, but friendship.

You're right though, if Obama was walking holding hands with anybody, we would have a field day with it..... However I know for a fact, that Bush doesn't have sugar in his tank, so I am sure I know what he was thinking and probably wanted to kill the guy that took the pic.
