Have you had Swine Flu?

Nope havent had it. I got the regular flu and the H1N1 vaccine for free because i do clinicals at a tiny po-dunk hospital that can actually afford to give all of its slave student nurses free vaccines. However, my dad has had the swine flu as well as a fucking plethora of other illnesses that make him look like a wasting AIDS patient. The only thing i have really had to contend with so far is an Upper Respiratory Infection, which is damn near just as bad as the flu, in my humble medical opinion.

I had it, it was fun, couldent move or eat for like a week, and i had a fever for a week, new record for me.

I fight off some kind of bug about once every other month. I had a bout with a flu-like bug that I spent like four days fighting instead of the usual one or two. Could've been pig flu, but it could've just been a nasty strain of something else, too.

My good friend was out for about a week with a really bad flu. could be H1N1, maybe not. It's hard to tell because they are soooo different

Let me ask you this Redn does the warm climate of Arizona generally do a good job of supressing the flu, or at least abbreviate the season?

I know that it seems to have been a cold fall here, and both the flu and nasty colds have been straffing us here for a few months now.

Wondering whether annecdotally it is different out in the sand.
