Last time I checked, Marines don't take a dump without permission. I am betting they were doing as ordered, in both cases.

The first, W was wearing a casual shirt and the Marines were "at ease" from the first second.

The second, Barry was in a suit and the Marines were "at attention" from the first second.

Seems sort of apples and oranges...and I am no Obama fan.
