    This information ( 10.2 % Unemployment ) is plain and simply WRONG.........!! The Govt comes up with this figure by the people that are Filing for unemployment benefits but people who have a business that go out of business are Not Eligible to file for unemployment ! These unemployment number are Skewed at best or Intentionally misleading and an outright LIE at worst ! The unemployment rate is Realistically more like 18 - 20 Percent and maybe Higher in certain areas !

    On top of that,those who do receive benefits only count as long as they are eligible (12-18 months). When they are no-longer eligible,they are no longer included in the figures. If everyone in the country was out-of-work for a year and a half,their number would be 0%.

    The real unemployment numbers are much higher.
