    I loves me some rabbit... squirrel... deer... buffalo... ostrich... hell even the occasional raccoon or crow... but I can't say I've had elk. Where might I find some of this magical meat?

    There is a place about 30 minutes away from my town that sells elk burgers....they are like 200 feet down the road from an elk farm...

    Not a big veal fan, Would love to try elk, Does it taste kinda like deer ? Cause deer jerky is my jam.
