Some parents just don't do it right. They aren't supposed to be the "Damn that was fun!" while sitting next to you in jail type best friend, they should be the kind of best friend that will bail you out and then scold you and later go "Good goin', though!"

Agreed.

Rules are rules. Regardless of what you think of them. If those parents don't like the rules? They should join the PTA and work to get those rules changed. And maybe they ought to worry more about educating their child and worry less about having to make him cut his hair.
