The Book of Eli

If you haven't seen it, go see it. This is probably the best movie ever made...at least in the past few years. Unlike "Avatar", which has a crappy storyline but makes up for it with stunning visuals, "The Book of Eli" is solid. Great story, great acting, great visuals. Just overall ridiculously great. The friend I saw it with said it had replaced "Heat" as his favorite movie, and this is coming from someone who worships that movie. I would definitely say that this movie should be in the running for Best Picture.

The Hurt Locker is in my queue for Netflix but I will probably wait to see The Book of Eli until it comes out on DVD...

Props to you guys!!..Hurt Locker deserves so many accolades which sadly as you state Manse..will most likely not see them.

I'm definitely uber excited about Book of Eli, glad the reviews so far are excellent. I've yet to hear a negative...
