Re: The top three pets....
1. Last dog I had was a pound puppy. He just slept and ate all day. Didn't really bark and was just real nice lil pup. They have more like human hair and don't really shed. Its great. The barking part is weird because they were first bread for alert dogs for monks in Tibet... I guess he was beat before we got him..
Lhasa apso...
My best friend had a dog that was a doberman pinscher and grey hound.. he was like a giant doberman.. He was like the best dog in the world.. RIP Ricky.. sry dnt have a pic of him[quote author=...bigdog... link=topic=81507.msg1197022#msg1197022 date=1268327193]

Re: The top three pets....
eastern timberwolf/malamute great dogs
If you can find one this is alexcis she died about 2 years ago at 14 but she was coyote/malamute mix. At 35 lbs much smaller than the wolf mix. Even in her older years extremely tolerable to young kids pulling on her. Smart as hell and a fighter when they need to be. She took a 100 lbs rott to the ground and held him there by his throat. But be prepared coyotes are diggers she had tunnels going all over my back yard.
I stay away from pure breeds they tend to have more health issues then a mixed one. So my recommendation for you is if your going to get a dog get a mix breed. You'll spend less money at the vet.

Wolf Dogs - These Wolf "hybrids" are a cross between a Wolf and a domestic dog. However, in 1992, scientists reclassified dogs and Wolves as the same species making the term "hybrid" obsolete. Wolf content, the number of generations removed from a pure Wolf and the type of dog used in each cross must be considered when defining a Wolfdog. Because of random genetics inherited from both the dog and the Wolf, the looks and/or behavior can vary. Contact the dog breeders below for your next family friend.
we have one.......
