    I have to say its impossible to eat nothing in your life that is bad for you. Even if you chew gum your screwed. Regular gum has sugar sugar free gum has sobital. Many things are in fact good for until the intake becomes to high. You need sugar you need salt there is good cholersteral but rarely can you get just good with no bad. One way or another your screwed.

    Don't think that I fall under the category that you are looking for to vote, but I decided to vote anyway

    I eat crap, and LOTS of it. In fact, it's pretty much all I eat, I'm none of the rest though.

    I am however a bit underweight (5'7"~8ish at about 120 lb). Could you make a category for 10 pounds underweight? xD

    Whenever I stop going to the gym regularly I always go underweight...I'm like 5"10 145 lbs. If I stop going I'll drop down to 135 or something...whenever I'm on a regular scheduled workout weekly I usually go up to 155 lbs. nothing more, nothing less, that's basically my range.

    So many small people!

    I find myself at a good weight for my height. 6'1-6'2ish and I vary between 175-180 lbs. Swim usually keeps me at a good weight and keeps me in shape. :9

    I'm the same, back when I played hockey a lot I was a cool 130ish. Since then I've dropped the 10 pounds of muscle that I had apparently LOL

    Yea and it's coupled by the fact that when you lift weights, start working out regularly, your appetite will increase...hence you eat more and put on the pounds...stack em up real nice on the newly acquired muscle mass.

    Hmmm, I'm not really a fan of the 5th option, because any food can be "bad for you" in the wrong quantities and without the proper complement of other foods.

    I'm overweight, but I'm working on that.


    I approve of this thread, very good for the cognitively skilled among us.
