If you go to a thread with bigdog in it, you're bound to see the same people show up in that thread... over and over and over.

It's quite sad, actually. Go fucking play, we're dropping in server ranks because you guys like to bitch on the forums more than you play.
My power supply is dead, thanks for rubbing it in.
Like Hawgballs for instance... (not to pick on you, you just make a good example). Hawg loves to debate, no question there.

I assume all you play is BF2, since that's the only stats icon you have..

You haven't even been on the server since August of 2009. TWO THOUSAND FUCKING NINE. PS - it's 2010 now.

    Dude, go play... seriously.

I play PR. But my box is down. I am on my old laptop. Nice shot, bad target.

Yeah, but it sets them up on a road of drug abuse and unethical lifestyles...... certainly not role model material.
Yea, you're probably right...I guess sports are a dead end for kids.

Really not any different that putting your kids in karate/judo classes other than being more violent.

That might be true, but they are not mentally mature enough to understand what they are actually learning. My middle son took karate and though he learned alot from it,he still used it as a tool to kick the asses of the other 3rd graders that messed with him.Which I have no problem with self defence, but I could see him using it while playing around, you know, kicking at each other and what not. I took him out of it bacause of those actions.
I don't want to talk shit about your kid or anything, but that just seems like lack of discipline. I mean...hey if a kid is rowdy, even if he knows karate or not, he'll find a way to kick the other's kids asses...it's not that hard to learn how to swing a bat or throw a ball or kick someone in the balls.

My point is, I don't think that learning how to fight will automatically make you wanna pick fights.

why more violent? The kids are learning Muay Thai and BJJ there....that's stand up and ground...just like Karate/Judo (which is actually MMA if your kid is learning both)...judo isn't technically ground fighting but...you get the point. 2 or more disciplines = MMA

I took taekwondo, karate, boxing, and a little hapkido. They all aided in teaching me restraint when I normally would have just gone for a sucker punch to the nose. Kids who just wanna pick fights have problems at home and it's not a direct result of their training.

I wholeheartedly agree with Toker. Any sport will teach you discipline...even curling.
